Dr. Carson Haynes earned a Masters and Doctorate in clinical psychology with a specialization in children and families. Carson's training includes both direct (intervention) and indirect (research) experiences in addressing systemic needs for minoritized families and individuals within family systems.
Loren Pilcher has worked in the disability field in Indiana and Kentucky for the past two decades. He currently serves as a lead key strategic partner at a disability and woman-owned national disability consulting firm. His interest in the disability community has never been solely professional. Loren has been involved in disability activism throughout his life including participation in ADAPT, Alliance Against Seclusion and Restraint, INSILC, and the Bazelon Center.
