🍪Consistent Consistency: The secret to getting the right texture for flooding and piping. Each participant will mix their icing to a variety of consistencies with help and guidance.

🍪Color Mixing: Learn how to create custom shades and gradients for your designs. Together I will walk you through coloring your icing.
🍪Tips & Tricks: How to prevent common icing problems and how to fix them.
🍪Decorating Practice: Hands-on time to apply your new skills and create your own cookie masterpiece. Together we will decorate a three cookie set using the icing you have made.
