you’ll participate in one guided restorative yoga session each month that focuses on themes corresponding to the seasons.
you’ll be able to find stillness in which to listen to the whispers of your heart, and you’ll be offered journal prompts designed to help you excavate the treasures of your soul.
in savasana, you’ll receive reiki to allow for integration and deep relaxation.
this is an opportunity to connect deeply to your heart, and truly hear your intuitive voice.
