Course Introduction

It was quite a presentation, not only for the youngsters at such an early stage in their careers, but also because the education system was perceived to be in crisis and board attending this workshop would be been established we can look at our goals and then move on to what we will be able to expect from this session. I promise it will be informative!

Enhancing Communication Strategies

This insight will allow participants to see what other people are bringing in – when they’re each focused or not, what words they’re choosing, when they’re tuning in and when they’re tuning out – and thereby improve their own contribution to the communication process.

Fostering Cooperative Efforts

Here participants will learn tactics that can stimulate behaviours while discouraging those that are counter-productive. Teams and their members are always striving for ways to improve! By the end of the training they will have a toolkit of tactics that are specifically tailored to group dynamics facilitating success together.

Leveraging Strengths

This session highlights different ways in which participants can contribute to the team. The team will be able to expand horizons and provide aid when needed, ensuring that projects can continue even if certain skill sets are no longer available or if there’s simply too much work to be done.Any given member’s contribution will be valued above any limits that former management might have established. Resulting in more targets found – than you’ve ever achieved before!

Strategies for Resolving Conflicts

Session participants will learn about techniques for dealing with differing opinions and beliefs, and will then be shown ways in which these conflict resolution strategies can be employed even when time is short or money is tight! The workshop also includes a team exercise that will allow tension to fade and conflicts to find resolution.

Processes for Effective Problem Solving

This session has an element of creativity in that it allows team members to share their ideas and to brainstorm as a team – creating an environment where everyone can contribute to the solution and exploring every potential answer. Moreover, this activity helps to develop skills that will benefit teams and help the team to react quickly and effectively.

Once we complete a workshop, participants are welcome to ask me their questions and create their action plan for success.It literally is The End … of questions and the start of success!
