Step out of the busyness and into an hour just for you.Join us on May 3rd in Tauranga for a nourishing sauna + ocean ritual in collaboration with The Sauna Project, set in a beautiful waterfront location.
You’ll be guided through a gentle contrast therapy cycle, moving between sauna heat and refreshing ocean dips. This is designed to help release stress, boost circulation, and reset your nervous system.
After your session, stay to unwind with electrolytes, calming breathwork with Choiwee Moon, and a warm cup of cacao to ground and restore.
