Guided by our Chef and Sommelier, you’ll work side by side to craft dishes that celebrate freshness, seasonality, and savory depth, each thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement every course.
Your ticket includes three 2-oz wine tastings, intentionally paired to bring out the best in each dish and elevate every bite.

This is a hands-on, immersive cooking experience where you’ll cook, taste, and learn alongside our Chef and Sommelier. Together, you’ll craft a full Italian-inspired menu from scratch — the kind of evening that lingers long after the last glass is poured.

A classic Italian finale made right in front of you — fresh espresso, liqueur-soaked ladyfingers, silky mascarpone cream, and a cocoa dusted finish.
