Step into A Taste of Italy – an evening inspired by the simple, honest ingredients at the heart of Italian cooking. Guided by our Chef and Sommelier, you’ll work side by side to craft dishes that celebrate freshness, seasonality, and savory depth, each thoughtfully paired with wines selected to complement every course.
Your ticket includes three 2-oz wine tastings, intentionally paired to bring out the best in each dish and elevate every bite.

This is a hands-on, immersive cooking experience where you’ll cook, taste, and learn alongside our Chef and Sommelier. Together, you’ll craft a full Italian-inspired menu from scratch — the kind of evening that lingers long after the last glass is poured.

Fresh Farfalle (Bowtie) Pasta
Hand-made from start to finish and paired with our house
Vincent William Creamy Pumpkin Seed Pesto — rich, nutty, and deeply comforting.

Charred Romaine Salad
Warm, smoky romaine hearts finished with shaved Pecorino Romano, blistered cherry tomatoes, dried cranberries, and minced red onion. Brightened with a Vermentino citrus vinaigrette and a dramatic torched lemon finish.

Tableside Tiramisu
A classic Italian finale made right in front of you — fresh espresso, liqueur-soaked ladyfingers, silky mascarpone cream, and a cocoa dusted finish.

This experience is designed to be interactive, intimate, and deliciously unhurried — perfect for food lovers, wine lovers, and anyone who enjoys slowing down and savoring the moment.
