➡️ You will be armed with a flashlight as you and your friends explore through 35k sqft of the what is almost 170 years of layered history.

➡️ TOUR TIME: (7pm-12a)
Doors open at 7pm and close at midnight. The earlier you arrive the more time you get to explore. You will be given a wrist band for reentry if you leave the property and come back.

➡️ PRICES: 💲20 per person — Cash or CC
➡️ Pizza will arrive at 8:30pm and can be purchased by the slice or deal meal option.
➡️ Want to stay longer after midnight? For $50 total you can stay from midnight to 3:00am. 20 ppl only. Equipment will be free to use, and all pizza becomes free for all participants after midnight to 3:00am. Must be 18 or older to participate in the after hours event. Tell the desk at check in that you’d like to do it - first 20 to sign up and it’s closed off.
➡️ Kids have to be at least 13, under 13 are not allowed for the self-guided tours.

➖NOTE: Equipment rental is first come first serve. You must check-in and pay for your tour before you can rent equipment. The individual renting the equipment must surrender their ID at desk in exchange for the equipment. The ID will be given back when the equipment is returned. Equipment cannot leave the property. Our crew will explain how the equipment operates and set you on your way.

➡️ RULES:
All lights within the building will be turned off except in the middle building for check in. Only emergency exit lights and the main stairwell will be lit. Flashlights will be your best friend as you dive deep into all 35,000k sqft of the Madison Seminary. We ask that you bring your own flashlight (no military grade flashlights permitted). If by chance you don’t have one, we will have low grade ones for you to use.
