Tapped In is a monthly yoga experience rooted in mindfulness, foundational movement, and nervous system reset. This slow-flow class brings you back to the basics: steady transitions, breath-led pacing, and intentional alignment. It is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and move with presence.

Expect:

• Foundational alignment

• Mindful sequencing

• Breath awareness woven throughout

• Intentional movement without rushing

• A calm, grounded atmosphere

This is not a fast-paced power class. This is a reset.

After class, you're welcome to enjoy the welcoming brewery atmosphere. Craft beverages, cocktails, NA options and tasty, hearty food are available.

Please bring a yoga mat, water, layers + a friend! All levels welcome.
