The heart-centered tantric breath-work/conscious relating workshop is on on Sunday, 21st September 11:30 am to 4pm.
Open to both couples and singles and to anyone wanting to improve their connection to themselves and others.
Both for returning students and people just discovering a world of tantra. New exercises are introduced.
This heart-warming workshop, held in a very respectful, safe, supportive space, focuses on our intimacy through the tantric perspective.
The workshop is based on ancient principles of tantra, but it also encompasses modern neo-tantra conscious couple exercises.
Besides tantra you will also experience a hypnotic journey with a strong focus on expending your sensual intimacy potential and releasing and letting go what no longer serves us.
Some of the outcomes of the workshop are:

Healthy food/ snack during the break (various fruit platter, various dips, gluten free crackers, cheese platter, olives) included.
Azra has been actively practicing tantra since 2009 and is a trained tantric facilitator. She has done years of training at Heart of Shiva school and completed advanced tantra teacher's course.
Besides her passion for tantra, she has done reiki and yoga for over 15 years. She is a professional belly dancer which keeps her constantly embodied. Furthermore Azra is a qualified and experienced transpersonal hypnotherapist (graduated from Phoenix Institute 2015) and APA registered and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor (2023).
For the past four years she has been studying focusing oriented psychotherapy.
