Spring is all about new beginnings and transformations. A season that symbolises starting fresh and starting over. Time for reawakening and immersing yourself in the rainforest. Come join us for a 3 day, 2 night Yoga retreat. Lucy and Sam are heading to the Yarra Valley on Friday the 10th of October until Sunday 12th October amongst the treetops at Amarant Retreat. 3pm Friday - Sunday 2pm.Perched on a mountain in the Yarra Valley, with 25 acres of divine rainforest to explore. Plenty of spaces to find your own little nook to rest, read, nap or journal.
