Modern Jive is a stylish & fun partner dance that blends elements of various dance styles including swing salsa and ballroom. It's known for its simplicity and versatility making it easy to learn and suitable for all ages and skill levels.No previous dance experience is necessary.
No partner is required! We rotate partners frequently during the class to ensure everyone gets a chance to dance and learn with different people. It's a great way to meet new friends and improve your dancing skills.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. For footwear choose shoes with smooth soles that provide good support. Avoid wearing heels that can easily slip off or mark the floor.
Modern Jive is not only fun but also offers numerous physical and social benefits. It improves your fitness coordination and rhythm while providing a great way to meet new people and build confidence on the dance floor.
