Tango Theory Class is a class for people who want to deepen their knowledge of body dynamics applied to tango technique, vocabulary, and musicality. You will receive personal feedback on how to make small changes that will take your tango to the next level. This class is suitable for people who have completed beginner classes and want to improve the execution of their tango vocabulary.
Jessica Zappia has been studying tango 2007 in Washington, DC and with teachers in Buenos Aires. Jessica began organizing Pablo's Practica (ongoing) in DC as part of a team starting in 2012, with weekly attendance reaching as many as 80 people. She auditioned for an Argentina-based tango company in 2014, which although unsuccessful, launched her tango career. Jessica began teaching group lessons of up to 30 people and private lessons for individuals and couples. She has an enthusiasm for tango that is contagious.
