Join whirling teacher Lisa Stertz for her second time at Adélie Studios in Cambridge and immerse yourself into the whirling realm. This will be a journey deep into your heart and wide out into the universe. Both realms are governed by the heart. Let's open it up!
The workshop breaks up into an introduction and a whirling session. In the introduction you will learn the basics of whirling, how to overcome dizzyness, and how to whirl steadily for a longer than you think. And in the session we will whirl all together, everybody in their own rhythm, but in a collective energy.
