Taking Flight - Vertical Dance and Harness Short Course

Join us for 4 sessions of harness practices such as Vertical Dance (Wall running), Fixed Line and Counterweight.

Our workshops lie on a foundation of dance techniques, creative play and building strength and confidence in harness work.

We are passionate about continuing to explore the possibilities of movement in harnesses and this short course will include elements such as harness technique, partner work, musicality ideas, choreography, swing and dynamics.

We are extremely excited to be running this course as it gives a chance to really expand on learnings each month and develop skills.

This course is suitable for anyone who has come to a workshop with us or any other harness company before, it will not be suitable for beginners however we will be running more beginner workshops in the future.

Bookings for the full course will be open until Friday the 7th of February, after that (if there are spaces available) we will open options to attend single workshops.

Please bring layers and wear clothing that does not have zips or anything that could catch. We also recommend you take off jewellery and tie back long hair. There is a water fountain and toilet and shower facilities on site.
