About this Event

Step outside of their comfort zones, meet new people, and practice being fully present in their bodies.

Hosted by Seattle Girl Shift × Pivot Dance Emporium, this isn’t about being the best dancer in the room. You don’t need dance experience, flexibility, rhythm, or a certain body type.

You just need to come as you are.

Throughout the afternoon, we’ll use guided movement, confidence-building activities, reflection, affirmations, and intentional connection exercises to explore what it feels like to stop making ourselves smaller and allow ourselves to be seen.

There will be moments to move, moments to laugh, moments to connect with other women, and moments that invite you to look inward.

✨ WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Guided movement and a confidence-focused dance experience.
  • Interactive self-connection activities.
  • Opportunities to connect with other women.
  • Reflection and affirmation exercises.
  • Confidence-building moments designed to push you gently outside your comfort zone.
  • Small bites and refreshments.
  • A welcoming, judgment-free environment.
  • Plenty of opportunities to laugh, move, connect, and TAKE UP SPACE!

💃🏾 WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Whatever makes you feel like YOU.

Put on your favorite fit. Wear heels, sneakers, something flowy, something fitted, something colorful, or something comfortable.

There is no traditional dress code.

The dress code is YOU.

Come in something that makes you feel confident, sexy, comfortable, powerful, soft whatever version of yourself you want to embody that day.
