This class is an introduction to Tai Chi’s 24 Forms with an emphasis on basic Tai Chi principles. The class is appropriate for any level student – beginning to advanced.This class will meet on Mondays and Wednesdays for eight weeks.
The cost of the eight-week class is $45.
