Get Healthy, Live Well is offering intermediate Tai Chi for Health classes to help adults improve balance, boost memory and reduce stress.This class focuses on learning basic sets and advanced moves for Tai Chi for Diabetes and Tai Chi for Arthritis. It is excellent for fall prevention.
Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays for eight weeks. This class is for anyone who has completed Get Healthy, Live Well's Intro to Tai Chi class.
The cost of the eight-week class is $45.
