Get Healthy, Live Well is offering advanced Tai Chi for Health classes to help adults increase mobility, improve physical function and reduce stress. The class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays for eight weeks.This class is for anyone who has completed Get Healthy, Live Well's Intro to Tai Chi or Intermediate Tai Chi class.
The cost of the eight-week class is $45.
