Adventurers, storytellers, and fantasy fans alike are invited to gather for an afternoon of unforgettable tabletop adventures, themed drinks, and fellowship at TABLETOP TAVERN at Black Iris in Richmond on July 11th - part of the immersive DRAGON FIRE TAVERN art pop-up throughout the month of July, offering a varity of fantasy programming to the public! (21+)
On July 11th from 11:00am to 4:00pm, step into a world of fantasy roleplaying as renowned Dungeon Masters and story weavers guide players through a variety of exciting one-shot adventures using Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop gaming systems. Whether you’re a seasoned adventurer or completely new to tabletop RPGs, there are stories and game styles for every all players. Attendees who want to be a part of the action can reserve a seat at a gaming table to become part of the adventure — rolling dice, making choices, forging alliances, and shaping their own story in real time.
Prefer to watch the chaos unfold from the tavern sidelines? Grab a "Wanderer" ticket! These reduce-priced tickets are available for guests who simply want to mingle, enjoy the atmosphere, sip themed cocktails, and witness the adventures as they unfold around them. Dragon Fire Tavern will transform into a gathering place filled with laughter, strategy, suspense, and storytelling throughout the afternoon!
MAKE IT A FULL DAY! Return that evening for the D20 MAGIC BALL, starting at 8pm! (21+)
NOTE: We will be using D&D and other gaming systems so join the game that fits your style and prepare for hours of fun. Be a part of the action by securing a seat at a table OR grab a ticket just to mingle and watch the adventures unfold!
