**This event is only for Richmond Weddings™ July 12, 2026 Vendors!**

PLEASE SIGN UP FOR ONLY 1 SLOT PER COMPANY (not per person). Sunday load in does not require you to sign up. WE WILL NOT HAVE CARTS. WE DO NOT SUPPLY LINENS. (please tell your staff this!)

We do not give a floor plan prior to load-in. We will take you to your booth upon arrival.

Details:

• We will have limited staff to help you unload. WE WILL NOT HAVE CARTS. If you have a cart, you are encouraged to bring it. BRING HELP to unload if you can.
  
• Please come at your allotted time to avoid overcrowding the unloading areas.
  

If you cannot set up on Saturday, the doors will open at 8:00 AM on Sunday morning. Everyone needs to have their booth ready by 10:30 AM on Sunday. Plan accordingly!

We highly encourage you to take advantage of Saturday load-in, as Sunday morning will be very hectic.
