About this Event

The Michelle L. Rawlings Legacy Foundation is a family-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting mental health awareness and community support. Our family-friendly Mental Health Knockout Basketball Tournament brings people together through sports, education, and entertainment while providing valuable mental health resources in a safe and supportive environment.

Join us on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 12:00–5:30 PM at Henrico High School, 302 Azalea Ave, Richmond, VA, 23227 for an exciting day of basketball, music, food, and family-friendly fun. Teams will compete in a knockout-style basketball tournament alongside live entertainment and mental health awareness segments designed to encourage education, understanding, and open conversations surrounding mental health.

This event is open to everyone, so bring your friends and family as we come together to uplift our community, reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, and make a positive impact. We look forward to seeing you there!
