Synergy Style Yoga Class - 7am to 8am

Tina brings her own style of integrated Yoga practice for all body types. You do not have to be flexible to do yoga. Keeping the body moving with gentle poses will in turn increase the health of your body. Come along & try for yourself!

Comfortable clothes advised, do not eat before class. Yoga Mats & bolsters are available at the venue - if you require blocks or blankets please bring your own. If you prefer your own equipment, please bring it along.

10 class passes available. For casual classes cash preferred on the day or card facilities available. If you would rather not pay eventbrite fees please message me on 0414 870 470 to book your place.
