sYINergy: Yin Yoga + Sound Bath Experience

Is your life hectic? Do you need space to decompress? Join us Sunday mornings 8-9am at Hacienda del Sol to recharge through nourishing yoga postures and peaceful vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

While you won't need to break a sweat for these classes, you will need to wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to stretch. All props (including yoga mats) will be provided. As always, you may bring your own yoga mat if you'd like.

Sound Bath Add-On: If you'd like, you can make a wellness morning of it and join us for Resonance Within, our signature sound bath from 915-10am.
