Welcome to Stretch The Southwest - A Community Park Yoga Series!

Join us at Himmel Park beginning September 23rd, 2025 every Tuesday from 6-7:00 PM and Sunday from 8-9:00 AM for an all-levels yoga session in the heart of our community.

Take a break from your busy schedule and unwind with us as we stretch and strengthen our bodies surrounded by nature. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this event is open to all levels.

Don't forget to bring your yoga mat (a towel or blanket works too!) and a water bottle. Let's come together to breathe, move, and connect in this peaceful setting.
