Join us for our first-ever Sweat, Shop, & Adopt Pop-Up Market on Sunday, September 21st from 10AM–1PM at Valhalla Fitness, Newington CT!

🛍️ Shop local small business vendors
🐶 Cuddle adoptable pups from New England Puppy Rescue (and maybe bring one home!?)
🥯 And yes—there will be bagels.
✨Class Info:
Non-members welcome! $25 ticket (includes bagel). Workout from 9am-10am.
✨FREE Market Entry from 10am-1pm. All are welcome! Come support these amazing local businesses even if you can’t workout!
