SW London Yoga Teachers Lounge

Following the success of our first gathering in October, we're excited to continue this monthly space for yoga teachers to connect, share practice, and explore different styles together.

Each session includes 70 minutes of practice followed by 50 minutes of community time with chai, snacks, and conversation, a chance to land, reflect, and connect with fellow teachers in a relaxed setting.

This month, Sam will be guiding a dynamic 50-minute slow flow, followed by a 20-minute Savasana with crystal bowl sound bath, designed to help us transition into the darker months with grounding and release.

Teachers rotate each month, giving everyone the chance to experience different approaches and styles. Whether you're a seasoned teacher or just starting out, this is your space to practise, be held, and contribute to a supportive teaching community.
