About this Event
This month, we're offering a big yoga-teachers-only practice - the 75min Mandala Vinyasa focusing on the element of Earth - specifically crafted for yoga teachers who give so much and often forget to receive.
☕️ Followed by Community Time (45 minutes)
Close with chai, snacks, and conversation - time to connect, share, and be in community with fellow teachers.
As teachers, we're so used to giving. This retreat is about receiving - caring for ourselves, caring for each other, and remembering that we too deserve the attention, touch, and rest we so freely offer to others.
Teachers rotate each month, giving everyone the chance to experience different approaches and styles. Whether you're a seasoned teacher or just starting out, this is your space to be nourished, held, and supported by community.
