Come enjoy this exciting hands-on sushi class lead by Owner and Sushi Chef Alexander of Great Wave Sushi where you and your friends will learn the nuances of creating this staple of Japanese cuisine.
Over the course of this 2 hour class you will learn proper knife techniques, sushi rolling and recipe creations. Alex will show you how to make 5 different types of sushi rolls followed by 1 hand roll.
