Step into the warmth and wisdom of classical hatha yoga through the ancient practice of the Surya Namaskar. In this 2 hour workshop we will explore the body as prayer and learn the sweetness of the stories behind the poses.In this heartfelt workshop will explore :
-The origins and symbolism of the Surya Namaskar in the yogic tradition.
-The Sanskrit Mantras and their vibration- awakening devotion and inner radiance.
-The spiritual intention behind each movement and he breath.
-Creating your own daily Sadhana (specific spiritual practice) infused with gratitude, light and awareness.
