Survive the Grind: Breaking Bells is unlike any other fitness experience you have attended!BELLS!
Breaking Bells will focus on dumbbells and kettlebells workouts in a HIIT-style environment!
What to expect:
- full body (timed) workout stations using dynamic movements and exercises using dumbbell and kettlebell equipment
