Surrendered Into the Night: A Somatic Sensory Immersion in Nature

The night calls softly, asking you to listen. The body begins to speak in movement, the breath opens hidden doors, and sound beckons you inward. Cacao warms the heart, fire rises into the sky, and each moment draws you further beyond the familiar. Together we step into the mystery that only the night can reveal.

This is Surrendered Into the Night — a somatic sensory immersion alive with land, breath, and flame.

4:30 – 5:00 PM | Opening Circle with Mysti
A gentle arrival into the space, welcoming you into presence with the land and community.

4:30 – 5:30 PM | Rooted Resonace with Jess & Saber
A circle of embodied opening—through movement, release, and sound. We’ll unravel tension from jaw to root, awaken sensation through guided movement with live music, and free the voice into resonance. Come to play, to open, and to meet the authentic voice of your creative body.

5:30 – 6:15 PM | Cacao Ceremony with Mysti & Ash
A heart-opening ritual with cacao, grounding you into connection with yourself and others.

6:30 – 8:00 PM | Surrendered: Somatic Sensory Immersion with Ash & Anna
Leave the external world behind and step into unseen landscapes within. Blindfolded movement awakens the body’s hidden rhythms and invites deeper listening. Immersive breathwork opens hidden doors of awareness, each inhale and exhale guiding you further inward. As breath gives way to stillness, waves of sound rise and ripple through you, crystal bowls and the ocean drum weaving a resonant field of release and renewal. This is the heart of the night, an invitation to step beyond the familiar, surrender to the journey, and rediscover the essence of who you are.

8:00 – 9:00 PM | Community Potluck
A shared meal to enjoy good food and connect with one another. Everyone is invited to bring a dish to contribute.

9:00 – 10:00 PM | Drum Circle & Fire Flow with Moose & Saber
We’ll end the evening gathered around the fire with live drumming and a fire flow performance. A chance to relax, celebrate, and close the night together.

Venue description: T.H.E. Sanctuary is a holistic wellness sanctuary and regenerative eco-education center rooted in love, earth wisdom, and community. We offer a sacred space for healing, learning, and authentic connection: where all beings are welcome to grow, belong, and thrive.

Accessibility: The venue is off-grid. There are stairs and uneven pathways, and restrooms are outhouse style compost toilets with washing areas nearby. Please consider this when deciding if the space will be a good fit for your needs.

Camping options: Limited camping is available onsite with areas for tents, as well as options for vans and vehicle camping. While there are no electric hookups per se, there will be charging areas for small items such as phones and batteries. Please reach out to reserve a spot.

Early arrival & potluck: These will be part of the event experience. More details will be shared after registration.
