Monday Slow Flow Community Yoga | Donation Based

Join us for a weekly slow flow yoga class designed for all levels and all bodies. Each Monday evening, one of our incredible volunteer instructors will guide you through a gentle, accessible flow to help you unwind, reconnect, and reset for the week ahead.

No matter who’s teaching, you can count on the vibe being steady, supportive, and rooted in rest.

These classes are offered by volunteer teachers who give their time, energy, and love to the community. We ask that you honor their generosity by donating what you can when you attend.
Your donation helps us support our instructors, sustain the space, and continue offering accessible wellness opportunities to the community.

• Cash is coolest, but we also have venmo scan at the door
• While we don’t set a required price, we deeply appreciate your contributions to keep these classes going.
