We start with 45 minutes of slow, supportive movement led by Ash. Think deep stretches, long holds, and rest-heavy poses that help your body unwind without effort.

Then Anna takes over with a guided meditation and full-body sound bath. You’ll be fully supported with props, blankets, and optional hands-on Reiki throughout, creating an experience that feels like a warm, weighted exhale.

By the end, you’ll feel like a calm, wet noodle in the best possible way.
