Early Morning Flow | Donation Yoga

Tuesdays at 6:30 AM – Donation-Based

Start your day grounded, focused, and energized with this all-levels morning yoga practice. Each class includes breathwork, stretching, fundamental poses, mindful movement, meditation, and — of course — Paul’s signature chanting.

This weekly donation-based class is led by Paul, a methodical and encouraging teacher with years of experience holding space for deep, accessible practice. Whether you're brand new or seasoned, you'll leave feeling more connected and clear.

Tickets are set to "free" online so you can sign up with no fee. If you'd like to donate, you can Venmo @nwahealing or bring cash for the donation jar.

Bring: Your mat & a bolster if you have one (we have limited loaners).
