Supercharged Sticky Noting: Go-to methods for collaborative problem-solving

Join Heather Lum of Branching Design at the Pittsburgh Technology Council for a hands-on workshop where you will learn and apply four human-centered design collaboration methods. You and your workshop team will brainstorm on an invented (and fun) challenge, evaluate ideas, select the best to further evaluate and prioritize, and choose one or two to move forward with in the world of our invented challenge. Each team will present their solutions.

Who should attend? People who lead/facilitate team problem-solving and decision-making efforts who want their teams to innovate, get better results faster, and work better together.
