Super Strawberry Full Moon Restorative Yoga

You are invited to a special Full Moon Rest Ritual to honor the weekend of the Super Strawberry Moon. Join Lucia Grace for a transformative experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit during the powerful energy of the full moon.
In this restorative yoga class, we will combine mindful attention to internal physical sensations with gentle floor movements. This practice promotes connective tissue repair and enhances both mental and physical clarity, allowing you to deepen your mind-body connection and experience profound relaxation and renewal.
We will utilize props to support your body in passive poses, creating a serene environment that encourages deep rest and surrender. This workshop is an invitation to slow down, listen to your body, and embrace the calming energy of the full moon.
You will leave feeling restored, balanced, and rejuvenated.
