Aerial Meditation & Sound Bath: a transformative experience combining a relaxing aerial sound bath with liberating meditation techniques.

Thank you for joining us for a unique experience at Zaccho Dance Theater!

Prepare to immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a sound bath while floating in the air with aerial yoga hammocks. Veronica will start us off with a guided meditation to deepen your relaxation and tap into your subconscious mind then you will journey deeper as the vibrations of Kim & Nekia wash over you.

Be prepared to relax and unwind during the sound bath experience. This event is perfect for anyone looking to destress, reset, and find inner peace.

No experience necessary - just come with an open mind and willingness to let go!

4-4:15: Getting settled and introductions & intention setting

4:15-4:30: Hammock Orientation

4:30-5:00: Veronica leads guided meditation with live instrumentation

5:00-5:30: Kim, Veronica, and Nekia lead sound bath

5:30-6pm Closing Reflections

Dress comfortably, like for a yoga class or the gym. Eye masks, hammocks, & mats will be provided. Feel free to bring a pillow or blanket if you’d like.
