Why not end the day with a little bit of paddleboard yoga!+++Bring your own board for this evening event+++
We will meet on the meanders and paddle out together to practice some lovely breathwork, meditation, yoga poses and the best Savasana on the board.
Booking ahead is essential so I know who will attend and if a slot is empty it will not be taking place. Bookings will close 6pm the day before the event is set to take place.
Private bookings can also be arranged so feel free to get in touch with what you need - maybe a trip from the big smoke, or a celebration, a birthday or just some time to nuture yourself. 💗 🙏
