Join me for a weekend of yoga, nourishment and sea walks. Florence House is situated is Seaford, Sussex and has wonderful facilities for yoga practice and everything you need to unwind and rest .We will practice yoga daily ( but not intensively!) and you will gradually find ways to ease tension in your body, focus on the good in your life and cultivate gratitude for who you are.
