Join guest instructor Megan Gabriell for a peaceful sunset yoga flow at Fontainebleau State Park. This gentle vinyasa flow is designed to help you relax, release the week, and return to yourself in the stillness of nature.
As the sun sinks over Lake Pontchartrain, you’ll move slowly, breathe deeply, and let the sound of the water carry you back to center. Let the week end not with rush or noise, but with stillness, community, and the simple gift of being present. See you on the mat.

Cost: $10 per person; $3 to enter Fontainebleau State Park
Bring: Mat + water
All levels welcome!
