Sunset Sound Bath with Tree OM & The Mindful OT | 2 for 1

Join us for another unique collaboration with Tree OM Sound Bath at the Beachcomber Resort + Club in Pompano Beach. We start the evening witnessing the sunset while being guided through down-regulating breath-work and a meditation to ground you into the present moment. Drift away into deep relaxation as you're carried through a sound journey including 22 crystal singing bowls, drums, the native american flute and more. Leave feeling relaxed and ready for a good night sleep.

What to bring:

A yoga mat, OR blanket to rest on. We highly encourage extra blankets, and or bolsters to make it a comfy and cozy experience.
