Sunset Restorative Flow & Sound Bath

Led by a Holistic Occupational Therapist and yoga teacher, this class was specifically designed to calm the nervous system through use of mindful movement, relaxing breath work, and use of variety of soothing sounds.

This class is perfect if you are:

• Craving a self care practice that is grounding and nurturing.
• Desiring to cultivate a regular self care practice that threads intentional movement and breathing exercises.
• Feeling overwhelemed, anxious and stressed.
• In search of a supportive, safe space and community.
• Mother's are more than welcome to bring their littles as long as they are not disruptive during the class. This is such a great way of modeling to our children the necessity to create sacred space for self care.

Contribution: Pre-registration is $25. At site $30

Please note, packages are available if desiring to cultivate a regular self care practice.

The MHW package provides access to various classes at unique, boutique locations including Tuesday evening Energetic Alignment & Meditation on the beach, Candlelit Restorative & Reiki @ Red Pearl Yoga and Soul Nourishing Slow Flow @ Bombay Room Yoga.
