How about spending the evening tuning into yourself, focusing on your breath, emptying your brain, surrounded by likeminded people, while I hold a safe space for you? Once the work is done, the reward will be an incredible sunset 🌇 and some yummy snacks 🍪
Whether you are regularly practicing inner work or you are only getting started in your self-discovery, this practise will teach you something about yourself if you are open to it.
All you need is a blanket or mat to sit on and some water to drink.

Let’s gather on the grass in the Garden of Philosophers. Dress in comfy clothes and bring layers as the air will cool down as the Sun sets. Note that the nearest public toilet is 8 minutes’ walk away and it works with coins.
The process will be led by Mariann, certified mindful life coach. She will guide your self-discovery journey and give you as much support as you need.
