This summer, W Budapest welcomes a culinary takeover in collaboration with one of the city’s most exciting Chinese dining destinations, 101 Bistro.
For one night only, on 18 June, discover an exclusive bao and dumpling experience curated by Lu Boen, co-owner of 101 Bistro, whose approach is deeply rooted in China’s rich culinary heritage.
Expect soft, pillowy bao, delicately pleated dumplings and bold, umami-rich flavours, including the Classic Pork Belly Confit Bao, Pulled Duck Bao and the exclusive W X 101 Duck Liver & Eel Bao created especially for the evening.
Throughout the night, guests will also experience a live dumpling station by Chef Lí, who has an experience of almost 30 years in folding dumplings.
Alongside the food takeover, the terrace transforms with a special BAO & BEATS music line-up featuring:

Idén nyáron a W Budapest egy különleges gasztronómiai együttműködésnek ad otthont a város egyik legizgalmasabb kínai éttermével, a 101 Bistróval.
Június 18-án, egyetlen estére egy exkluzív bao és batyu válogatás várja a vendégeket, Lu Boen, a 101 Bistro társtulajdonosa által, akinek konyhaművészetét Kína gazdag kulináris hagyományai inspirálják.
A menüben puha, gőzölt bao-k, kézzel hajtogatott dumplingok és intenzív, umamiban gazdag ízek kapják a főszerepet – többek között a Classic Pork Belly Confit Bao, a Pulled Duck Bao, valamint az estére készített különleges W X 101 Duck Liver & Eel Bao is bemutatkozik.
Az este során Chef Lí egy élő dumpling stationnel is készül, ahol frissen, a vendégek előtt készülnek a kézzel formázott batyuk. Lí már 30 éve ennek a művészetét gyakorolja.
