This event is a perfect way to take a break from your busy week and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature and practice mindfulness with Nika Bielska, a longevity and sleep specialist and the author of the book "When Will I Finally Get Some Sleep".
Our event will include guided meditation, journaling, and sharing while enjoying tea and delicious macarons by the beach. This is a perfect opportunity to unwind, connect with others, and take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

We will have a beautiful picnic setup provided by Magic Picnics, just like the one in the picture. No experience with mindfulness is necessary – just come with an open mind and a willingness to relax. Let’s focus on being present in the moment and rejuvenate our spirits together.
