Sunset Garden Meditation

Did you know plants have a circadian rhythm just like us? Join us for our monthly meditation at Merrihew's Sunset Gardens with teacher Jess Mack.

We'll gather as the sun sets and the moon rises, settling in to meditate with the plants. We'll begin with a plant-themed dharma talk, followed by a guided meditation where you'll settle into the sounds of the garden as the plants prepare for sleep.

Reconnect with your breath and the ground beneath you as the week winds down.

Chairs and blankets available, but please bring any additional cushions, mats, or layers you need to feel comfortable.

All levels + ages welcome. Space is limited. Plus all meditation participants receive 10% off all day-of purchases at Merrihew's.

Jess Mack is a yoga + meditation teacher, writer + creative based in Santa Monica. Plants, trees, and the natural world have been central in her ongoing journey to be more present, grounded, and joyful. She often weaves these themes into her classes and workshops, and is passionate about creating space where people can reconnect to themselves and the natural world. Learn more about Jess.
