Learn to make fresh pasta from scratch and craft a delicious sauce, all while enjoying a wine pairing and beer open bar 🍷. After the class, sit down to enjoy the meal you’ve created in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

For an extra touch, premium tickets include a Pasta Box with authentic Italian ingredients and a pasta tool, so you can bring the experience home.

About Chef Maria Elena🧑‍🍳

Chef Maria Elena hails from the North-East of Italy, near Venice. Growing up, she learned the art of cooking by observing her grandmother, following the tradition of passing down culinary skills through practice rather than written recipes. She moved to the United States in 2020, just before the pandemic, and began her professional training as a chef at Eataly. Chef Maria Elena firmly believes that the secret ingredient to great cooking is love, as the meals prepared for loved ones always turn out to be the best.

Ticket Policy

Please be aware that if we don’t reach the minimum number of tickets sold for the class, we may need to cancel the event. In that case, we’ll gladly assist you in transferring your ticket to another class of your choice. Thank you for your understanding!

Classes are non refundable. If you can no longer make your class, you are able to modify the date/time of the booking, up to 72 hours prior to the event, or can transfer your ticket to a friend. After 72 hours, refund, exchanges or modifications are not accepted.

For the first time ever, IMPASTIAMO is hosting a Valentine’s Day Pasta-Making Tour across four major cities: Los Angeles (Hollywood and Santa Monica), San Diego, San Francisco, and New York City. Each class will be taught by our amazing local chefs and feature a unique pasta shape. The paired sauces will be chosen to perfectly complement the pasta. We’re so excited and can’t wait to share this experience with you!
