Paddle across the calm waters of Shell Key Preserve for a one-of-a-kind sunset experience featuring kayaking, gentle beach yoga, breathwork, and immersive sound meditation beneath the open sky.Wandering Adventures Kayak Tours has teamed up with local yoga instructor and sound meditation guide Dillon Reeder (@yogidrummer) for an intentionally curated evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect with nature, and reset.
After arriving at Shell Key, Dillon will guide the group through an all-levels beach yoga flow featuring grounding stretches, mindful breathwork, and deeply relaxing sound meditation as the sun begins to set over the Gulf.
After the flow, take a refreshing dip into the Gulf, sink your toes into the sand, and soak in the beauty of one of Florida’s most stunning barrier islands before paddling back together beneath the evening sky.
No kayaking or yoga experience necessary.
