Experience an evening of self-care, beach-yoga on Wednesday, July 29th as we embrace the energy of this Full Moon. This yoga flow is for all-levels & is a chance to connect with yourself & community during this powerful celestial event. This Buck Moon 🌕 symbolizes strength, growth, regeneration, and the peak of summer.
This is beginner-friendly & CO-ED - all are welcome!!
**START TIME 8PM***
*Sun set is at 8:20pm and we'll flow to candlelight the remainder of class! It will be dark out but we will have a little light from the candles!
Location: Upham Beach Park in St Pete Beach

DIRECTIONS - Enter the beach at Paradise Grill where the restrooms are. Head out to the beach directly and we will be set up there. Look for candles & yoga mats. Please be on time and remember to register in advance.
