Experience an evening of self-care, beach-yoga on Monday June 29th as we embrace the energy of this Full Moon. This yoga flow is for all-levels & is a chance to connect with yourself & community during this powerful celestial event. This Strawberry Moon 🌕 invites you to recognize what’s coming to fruition, reflect on how far you’ve come, and realign with what truly feels nourishing moving forward.
This is beginner-friendly & CO-ED - all are welcome!!

Location: Upham Beach Park in St Pete Beach

PARKING:

DIRECTIONS:
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk past the first few rock jetty's to the end of the beach (toward the channel)
It will take about 5+ minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
